What We Do
Regulatory Compliance
- We have helped clients maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations in many capacities.
- We can handle all aspects of the process from the initial permitting, implementation, reporting, and final completion and closure.
- In most cases, we merely supplement the process using information gathered by the client and input into the necessary forms, but we have also acted as onsite environmental managers in the field, managing entire sites and training newly hired managers to the site specifics.
Environmental Assessments
- We have completed Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) throughout the United States on a wide variety of property types and sizes.
- Our experience performing Phase I ESAs has taken us to nearly all fifty states for all property types in accordance with the ASTM standards.
- Our experience performing Phase II ESAs has also taken us to many states. We have conducted Phase II ESAs using various methods such as piezometer installation, groundwater well installation, soil borings, direct imaging logging (MiHPT), test pits, subsurface vapor sampling, ambient air sampling, and materials/waste characterization.
Remediation
- Our team has extensive experience in various methods of remediation technologies.
- We have vast knowledge of groundwater treatment systems (pump and treat), sub-slab depressurization systems, in-situ remediation, and bulk removal through excavation (dig and haul).
- Our experience in the operation and maintenance of various equipment used in remediation projects has proven to reduce downtime and increase production, leading to more efficient remediation and potentially a cost savings.
Hazardous Waste
- Our experience in hazardous waste enables us to properly characterize, profile, and dispose of all types of waste.
Emergency Response
- When something happens that has resulted in a loss of product or waste, our team can work with your emergency response contractor to ensure that the material was properly documented, remediated, waste disposal, and the site has been returned to it’s original condition.
Industrial Services
- We can manage your industrial services project from end-to-end to limit downtime and increase production. Our experience with industrial service projects provides us the unique ability to help clients with even the most demanding projects.
